I've been going here for a few years and love it. It's been my go-to place for all my work shirts and I've always been happy with their fast service, text alerts when the order is ready, value, and speed of service at pick-up and drop-off. They're fantastic.

I just want to say that Connie at Spicewood location was amazing to work with. I was in a jam to have my suit cleaned and returned in time for a formal gala. She went above and beyond to make sure my suit was ready in time. I try to never ask someone to fix my mistake but Connie absolutely did and I can't say enough for the positive experience I had working with her. If I was looking for an employee, I would try to hire Connie because she's the kind of person a business needs to succeed.

Drop off was fast and easy and so was pick up. I just did not appreciate that they damaged my coat and did not tell me, or anything...just pretended like it did not happen. The belt loop was removed during the cleaning process from the coat. The thread where it was located still was hanging from the coat... the loop was placed on the belt which I am happy that they did not lose or toss it, so that I can repair it. Just very disappointed that they would hide it, makes me not trust the business to ever go back and this was my first time using them, so I cant imagine what its like to be a regular.
