I’ve been a loyal customer of this dry cleaner on South I-35 in Austin for years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. A couple of months ago, I picked up my medium-starch dress shirts, only to find they were heavily starched. When I brought the unworn shirts back to get the issue fixed, the staff initially tried to charge me for the correction. Eventually, they agreed to redo them for free.

Super convenient off 35 in Onion Creek, dropped laundry Monday, Ready Tuesday and received a text! Sweet! Picked up Wednesday and customer service was excellent. Very happy - thank you
