I can't say enough great things about Innovative Eyecare and Dr. Joel Trinidad! Recently, I found myself in a panic after my dog accidentally scratched my eye. Dr. Trinidad and his team were incredibly accommodating and squeezed me in for a same-day appointment.
From the moment I walked in, Dr. Trinidad was calm, professional, and reassuring. He carefully examined my eye, explained the situation clearly, and told me I was going to recover 100%. He prescribed antibiotics, which gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed.

I never write reviews, but I need to share what a good experience I had with Dr. Trinidad. I’m 40 years old and no doctor to date has been able to correct my vision to 20/20 with glasses. I think part of that is because I’m kind of an anxious person, so I’d rush through exams, worrying that I’m taking too much of the doctor’s time. But Dr. Trinidad was so patient, letting me read letters out of order and asking me to keep trying, and he discovered that one eye is near sighted and one is far sighted.
