I'm sure Dr. Friemann is probably a good doctor (he was a referral from my dermatologist) but the team that surrounds him is AWFUL! To repeatedly be left voice mails with no name of who called, no extension, and then to call the office and no one knows what's going on?? Not going to risk THAT team supporting potential surgery for me---#nothanks

This review is specifically for a Mohs procedure I had done about three weeks ago. I've had this surgery once before with a different surgeon in a different city, so I'm familiar with the procedure and the results. From the time of this procedure until I returned for my check-up, the surgery site was inflamed, extremely uncomfortable (at times painful), and the skin was puckered from the sutures. When the sutures were removed, I felt the tightness around the area release and was almost immediately more comfortable, but the puckering of my skin remained. I was prescribed an ointment for the infection and then was told to use scar-away which is supposed... read full review
