The office personnel were friendly and helpful setting up my service call. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and super friendly. As it turns out my unit wasn’t showing any of the issues I had previously experienced so he said he’d check back with me that late afternoon and the next day to see if all was still working properly. He checked back both times! I was so impressed he remembered and kept his word. Definitely will use them for future work.

I’m so pleased with the service we received from this company. Our AC went out during the summer heat. HVAC Express came in after we had a big name Austin HVAC company give us some outrageous numbers for getting our system up and running again. With about an hour of inspection and reading gauges attached to my AC unit, Al diagnosed the problem and replaced a part that restored the temperature of my home, saving me thousands of dollars. I will for sure be using HVAC Express for my HVAC maintenance and repairs moving forward.
