This is hands down my favorite Hotworx in the area (and I’ve visited them all!). It’s incredibly clean, which is really important to me. Everyone who works here is wonderful, and they genuinely want to help you reach your fitness goals.
The Hotworx concept is fantastic and so good for overall well-being. I love the workouts, but on rough days I’ll sometimes just go in for a light stretch or meditation - the infrared sauna instantly lifts my mood. I also love being able to go in whenever I want; not having to stress about specific class times makes my days so much easier.
