After a year of waiting , still no stone for my son. Horrible customer service. When I talked to Marcie G. yesterday she said she is the "owner" and has 300 customers and doesn't have time to update everyone. Excuse after excuse. Taking advantage of grieving families. If you can't get the granite or the stencil, quit taking our money! Stay away from here and their other locations- called Strasswender-Dietz. They do not care.
Went it one time with my family after we lost our dad, as soon as we walked in we weren't acknowledged one bit, we were in there for 10 minutes and she did not say one word to us as if we didn't exist. It was very disappointing & so upsetting. We did call ahead of time but after that experience definitely not going back there again.
