I came in having had a disastrous GelX manicure at another salon. Alfie patiently explained why that was not the best manicure for my nails and what would be a better choice. He did a fantastic job turning a disappointing manicure into a perfect one. I totally recommend this salon!
The folks here were able to get us in quickly for Mani and Pedi's. When a customer became a problem they quickly took care of it to insure that our experience was relaxing. We will 100% go back to support them.
I'm not into the fancy, painted nails. I love a really good pedicure. The kind where you look at your feet afterwards and throughout the day and say, "wow!" I have really neglected my feet and was in dire need of a pedicure. Thursday night I did a search on Yelp and found Hooky with really good reviews. I called Friday morning for an appointment. She asked what time I needed, I asked for the next earliest. She said, "can you come now?" I said I can be there in 15 minutes. I'm so glad I took a chance. It's just minutes from my house (another plus). The technician did a great job! I'll have to find the card she gave me and add her name to this review because she was fantastic!
