I LOVE Marina. My waxes come out looking perfect. I always try to find products to use as I have extremely complicated skin due to rosacea and some other hard to pronounce words. When halina started selling skinscutecals I was so excited as my derm. told me this is a good healthy line for my skin. I bought the clay mask about a week ago and it just did not agree with my skin. I brought it back for a refund and the receptionist said I was not allowed a refund on my card only a store credit. I asked if the policy was on her receipt as she continued to say this has ALWAYS been their policy. As a one time courtesy she said she would allow for a refund on my card but going forward only credits if a product does not work out. Again mentioning this has ALWAYS been their policy....Well, going forward I will no longer be purchasing products from Halina. I advise you put up a sign in your product area and make sure after the customer pays for a product they know they can only get a credit if they want to refund the product. Heaven forbid you allow certain customers a refund and others as myself you only give the option for a store credit.
