First time at Wild Orchid today - loved it! Holly was upbeat, friendly, listened to my wants/needs, and gave a great cut and style for long hair! And the mini massage she gave during the shampoo was delicious! It was easy to schedule online, and the communication from the front desk was great - they contacted me to see if I wanted to come in earlier than I had planned which totally worked with my schedule. The salon is clean, neat, but not fru-fru (if you know what I mean! ha). And the price was reasonable, which I can't say about many places. I will be back!

what peace of mind I finally have after finding Holly at the Westlake location! he always listens to me and gives me her professional feedback. Always. Consistently I receive a precision and flattering cut. It was my choice to stop coloring a year ago when deciding to go, naturally grey, however, when still coloring eye, loved the tone and depth she was able to create.. Professional, warm and comfortably friendly atmosphere is a treat at the West Lake location.

Have had 2 appmts with Kaile, including consultation, 2 cuts, and color. My 20+-yr beloved hair dresser retired earlier this year and I've been looking for a new one. Big shoes to fill, and Kaile is it. She is skilled, friendly, listens well, gives advice on cut and style, relaxed and confident. And I'm getting lots of compliments on my hair again.
