The Hailey-Petty Law Firm is a great place to work. I have been a Paralegal for over 35 years, and I have worked in several law firms, from the small - one lawyer firm, to the big downtown firms with 20+ attorneys, and this firm, by far, is the most compassionate and is a firm where the client is the number one priority. As a team, we work closely with each other to provide the most professional service we can for each client. We have many staff meetings to discuss our client's cases, so that each client's case is moving forward. We also have many training sources, so that we can provide the best service for our clients. At the end of the day, it is very rewarding to have bosses like Pam, Jessica and Kay who are very appreciative, respectful, and compassionate with each of their employee's needs - no matter what they may be.
