I've been going to this nail salon for over 5 years and it just get slightly worse and worse. The massage that comes with deluxe mani/pedi is killer. So good! But, everything else (moldy smelling towels for the hot towel treatment, unclear menu prices, lack of consistency between different service providers and clearly reused tools) makes me think that this is my last time here.
I hope the rest of their remodel goes well and, when they are done, that they are, that they can concentrate on staff training and maybe a menu of services update.
This place is the best. I’ve been coming here since 2016 and the team here is always calm and accommodating. In addition the the mani / pedi you get, you also get a great massage. If you’re lucky or early, you may get Matt. He is fantastic and attentive. Everyone here is good. You can go in for a simple service or go all out, either way it’s worth it! I love it here and go other places when I am out of town (if I have to) and they don’t compare.
Great Nails $ Spa is an Austin staple and tradition! The Service providers all have a ton of experience. In addition to doing amazing nails, they offer relaxing massages during your service. Highly recommend!
