I have been working with Katie at Goddesfit and have enjoyed the experience. She is patient and paces the exercises expertly. She is flexible with appointment. The space is clean and the equipment is excellent.
I have been working out at GoddessFit for two years and have nothing but positive things to say. The GoddessFit personal training team is incredibly knowledgeable and work to create training plans to fit your goals. All of the trainers I have worked with balance kindness with holding you accountable to your goals and helping you to push yourself. My fitness goal since starting has been building and maintaining functional fitness and pushing myself to get stronger and healthier. I have more than exceeded that goal thanks to GoddessFit!
Just got back from my evaluation and I am so happy I went!! They're a one stop shop for fitness, nutrition, and building self love. Getting healthy again is going to be a journey but, after my first visit I'm actually looking forward to it!! The Pandemic and age has done a number on so many of us but if you're struggling to get healthy and you're starting from scratch this is the place to go!! They are a very judgment free zone and incredibly supportive!!
