They did great job covering the tile grout and the carpets. There were some patches that were not visibly dirty when the floor was wet, but then after drying, I requested them to come back and redo and all worked out great.

I can only say positive things about Global Maintenance Services, their President, the employees, and the cleaning staff. I met Sandy about 14 years ago. I was hired as the Office Manager. I really enjoyed working for Global. We laughed hard and worked hard. I had to resign about 1 year after working for family matters, but I worked on and off for about 5 more years. Sandy, West, his boys and Martin were like family to me. They are very authentic, hard working, professional, and dedicated. The cleaning staff is amazing!!! They are the heart of Global. I worked for this company as an office manager for a couple of years. What led me there was God and His plan to transform my life by connecting me with the office staff and employees. What kept me there was nothing short of the integrity, professionalism, and commitment this company displays in all they do. From the president to the employees, I witness the care with which they take care of their own and the tenacity with which they approach every job. Every building. Every contract.
