When my CPA retired, I began the dreaded search of finding another CPA that I trusted. I tried one in 2017 for my 2016 taxes and ehhhh...she was okay, but I was looking for something more as my business had become more complicated financially. Enter Frye Tax Service. On the recommendation of a colleague, I met with Frank Frye. He has a masters in taxation. Do you know anyone else that has a masters in taxation? The first time Frank and I met, we talked for two hours. His mind works a mile a minute and he had all kinds of ideas for my practice. The first thing to do was to switch me from a PLLC to a S-Corp. Evidently, there is a financial threshold where the difference you pay in taxes is quite significant. But I won't bore you with this stuff. Now I must say, the folks here aren't cheap, but they know what they are doing. They are responsive and capable. I feel very fortunate to have them on my side helping me with taxation...something I know admittedly nothing about! But I'm learning more and more thank to Frank and his patient team.
