We had Matthew come out and do a roof inspection after strong winds and rain. He took pictures and showed us what he found. He took care of everything for us, will be letting all family and friends know about Freetail Roofing.. Freetail will be the only company we call.. Thank you.
Matthew came over the week of August 18th after some big thunderstorms to check on a leak for me. I called him Thursday evening and he was out to my place the following day to assess the situation. Then he came back to do all the repairs on the 28th at no charge. There were 24 nails exposed from the shingles and he did all that caulking for free! This is not our first great experience with Matthew and Freetail Roofing. He came out last February and did some stellar repairs right before I moved in to my new home. I would highly recommend Matthew and the folks over it Freetail Roofing!
I just noticed a few days ago that recent storms had blown some shingles off, I spoke with Sunny about 11 am this morning, a few minutes later, I received a call from Mike, he said he’d be at my house at 1 pm to look at the roof. Mike was punctual, gave me a very reasonable price to which I agreed. Minutes later, Mike called again and said Matt would be at my house at 3 pm, he was. Matt removed the loose shingles and replaced with new, the job was completed by 4 pm. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Freetail Roofing. Just simply exceptional customer service, very friendly and professional.
