I came here after learning another SouthWest Austin Gym wasn't accepting new members/applications (overcrowding) - quiet and tidy gym : great for lunch hour 30min power sets & toning up. I've been able to stay fit and not been burdened with over-competitiveness. Great for the part-time weekend warrior or the goal-oriented who are challenging themselves.
