Bill in North Austin was amazing! We had water damage from our washing machine ruin the flooring in our house and had to choose another kind. A forced renovation is not exactly how you imagine changing up things in your home and makes it extremely stressful when you weren’t planning changing flooring but Bill helped us through it all. He was very patient with us as we couldn’t make up our minds with the style of flooring and tile. He made everything less stressful and made me feel at peace throughout the process.
