I recently visited Figura Medspa for my first ever cool-sculpting session. I was nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect but Madison was so professional, friendly and knowledgable that I instantly felt at ease! She consistently checks in on you to make sure everything is going well and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend! It has only been a few weeks since my first treatment and I feel like I can already see a difference!

Everyone at Figura, from the front desk associate to Madison, the practitioner, was kind and encouraging from start to finish. I was impressed by the amount of information I was given before being asked about which areas I felt were a concern to me. Was comforted by the non-judgmental environment, and the fact that I did not feel pressured to make a decision at any point during my consultation. I'm excited to receive treatment and start seeing results!
