Love this gym! The vibe is spot on and all the coaches are AMAZING! They truly care and remember all members by name! I really love the style of workouts here where I don’t have to use my brain after a long day at work. Whether it’s cardio or strength or something in between, there is a workout for everyone. I especially love the fact that they provide so many time slots from which I can pick what time I want to workout. This flexibility has helped me stay accountable. In my 4th year, which says it all. The classes can be as challenging as you make them, since you're choosing your weight and pace each class. There is so much variety in tempo, movements, structure etc. that it doesn't feel repetitive. And the results! I've gained 4+ lbs lean body mass and improved my BMI. Coaches are helpful and attentive but not obtrusive. I highly recommend you take advantage of their regular free trial options!
