Leo and Alyssa are an INSANE duo. I joined my friends at F45 and i was instantly hooked. The energy, the support and the enthusiasm is infectious. The classes are high energy, fast paced and challenging. But with Leo and Alyssa’s guidance every station is conquered! You’ll be corrected if your form needs adjustment, assisted if your posture needs improvement, and they will push you to level up on the resistance and weight you’re working with. Very glad I joined my friends! I recommend everyone check out F45 overall, but especially this location!
Beyond my expectations! Never done this style of group workout before. Fun, intense and rewarding. Whether you are at the start of your fitness journey or long-time lifter to try it out.
F45 at the Domain has been such a positive experience for me. The staff and members create a welcoming, supportive environment that makes every workout enjoyable. The classes are challenging yet efficient, you get an amazing workout in just 45 minutes. I also love that the coaches wrap things up with a quick, relaxing stretch and a refreshing cold towel, which is a great touch. The gym itself is always clean, well-organized, and professionally run.
