This place was amazing & I'm so grateful for their kindness. They take good care of the pets & the parents! We had to put our sweet baby down because her injuries were too severe, & they even sent me a sweet sympathy card. They're 24 hours & I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a good vet!
I have been here at the hardest times. The staff is amazing. They're very supportive. They seem to know all the right things to say. They are so caring. I don't think I could do what they do. I appreciate them so much.
Sick cat needed care on New Year's Day, which was a Monday. Lobby wasn't crowded around 1pm, but there was an hour+ wait to be seen. Staff was friendly and caring. Treatment plan was drawn up after exam, and deposit was required (full amount) before leaving our cat. Unused amount was refunded when we picked him up on Thursday. Emergency care is expensive, and cat was very sick. This was the only Emergency vet open within 40 miles.
