This med spa in Austin is a hidden gem! I've been looking for a place that offers both relaxation and aesthetic treatments, and I hit the jackpot with this one! Leah was great! If you need a special they have this Dahlia Duo special that gets you a hydrafacial and botox. Worth every penny!..
I came in for a microneedling treatment. Which was awesome! However while in the chair I was asking about EmSculpt. I had been experiencing a lot of low back pain and was advised by the Dr to do body weight squats and planks to help alleviate my low back pain. We discussed if it was a good fit and I hesitantly tried a session on my glutes. I was nervous is might aggravate the area. Much to my relief and happiness the session was VERY helpful for my pain. I increased in strength on my exercises and had no pain after. I have only improved since. It was the headstart I needed to feel progress.
