Fantastic job, including removing some spots from suit jackets that a previous dry cleaner had been unable to make spotless. Pricing was reasonable, but on the upper end. Roughly $12-14/item. However given the results, they are now my go to dry cleaner on any piece of clothing I care about. Prompt service (I dropped off 8 articles of clothing and they were ready within 2 days). They text when ready for pickup and can track the entire process/item progress on their website. And being eco friendly is a fantastic bonus. I have not used their delivery/pickup service, but I have heard wonderful things.
Took my vintage wool coat here before packing away for the spring, and it looks GREAT! I dropped it off at the actual cleaning station (off Friedrich Lane) on a Tuesday, and it was ready for pickup within two days. Pricing is reasonable, and I feel good about the products & methods they use to clean. Overall, highly recommend.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Annette at the plant who SAVED THE DAY for me yesterday!!! My high school kiddo's shirt for the choir performance last night accidentally ended up in our laundry send-out bag, so I called as soon as we realized. Annette texted me back to say she was finding it and then called me to say she'd found it and was leaving it at the front table. She saved the day and I really appreciate the amazing customer service!!! Thanks again!
