If you're in need of septic system troubleshooting, repair, maintenance or pumping, ECO SAFE is the only company you need to call! Marc answered my call and was great to work with, he got a tech out very soon to start troubleshooting. Priscillio showed up earlier than expected to troubleshoot our issue/s. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to get us working again. Great job! Todd showed up the next day to pump out our system and he did an amazing job, our system has never been cleaned out that good! Marc and the entire staff are great. They are responsive, and always quick to come out when called. I sent an email with a inquiry about an issue I was having with my septic. Within 30 minutes I see their truck rolling down my driveway.

I have a contract with another service provider for my aerobic septic system inspections and routine maintenance; however, my alarm was sounding and I needed assistance FAST. I knew some neighbors employed Eco Safe, so I decided to give them a call. This was back in February of this year [2022] just when the freeze was moving into central Texas, and into a weekend. Having gone through the wrath of winter storm Uri in 2021, we were holding on by out bootstraps. Eeks. Seems my "regular" company had decided to bunker down too, as their VM stated they would be closed for the next four days. Oh no!Eco Safe to the rescue! I called, and despite the dangerous icy roads and frigid temps, I received a quick callback and someone was at my home late the same afternoon. They repaired the problem. WHAT A RELIEF! Already fearful of losing power for days like 2021, the LAST thing I wanted to worry about was the potential of waste backing up into my house. YUCK!Tldr?: Eco Safe offers great customer service and very reasonable pricing. HIGLY RECOMMEND!
