Everything went smoothly and the staff was great, but the dentist definitely tried to upsell me on a bunch of services I didn't need, such as Invisalign, and I have since seen another dentist who was very clear this was not necessary without me even asking. Unprompted, he said the nearly the opposite of what the Swish dentist told me. The dentist at Swish was also the only one who voiced these specific concerns, and due to various moves and insurance changes, I've seen a good variety of dentists. Provided good care and staff was pleasant. I wasn't a fan of being charged to reserve an appointment for an additional procedure. Haven't encountered that before and thought it was strange. Also, I've been going to this location for atleast a year, so didn't make me feel like I was a valued customer. Not sure if I'll go back for that reason.

I always have a great experience here. As someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist, the fun decor, friendly front desk, staff the amazing hygienists and the super kind dentists always make my visit pleasant. Doesn't hurt that I get to watch something on Netflix to take my mind off of my cleaning would recommend to anyone.
