Dr. Tessa Cervantes's practice, Westlake Dermatology, provides a great and amazing experience for patients. The office is beautiful and runs on time. The entire team is welcoming, polite, and friendly, with amazing customer service that makes patients feel comfortable. The medical professionals, including the doctors and nurse practitioner, are described as some of the best. They are incredibly smart, patient, professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and communicative. They listen to every problem and answer all questions and concerns. They successfully resolve complex dermatology issues and execute procedures efficiently. Patients feel they can truly trust them, as they do not upsell unnecessary treatments. The practice is recommended for both cosmetic and dermatology needs, with patients very happy with their natural-looking results and easy prescription process. Many plan to book follow-up appointments.
