Dr. Alexander is one of the few doctors in ANY PROFESSION in Austin who can't say "no" to walk-ins. If you have an appointment with her and some "emergency" or very urgent walk-in appears while you're in the waiting room, be prepared to take a back seat. This is not to suggest that the status of your own reason is suddenly downgraded. To be able to say that this wonderful PERSON is also a doctor -- among the very tops in her profession -- is to be very lucky. There aren't enough nice things I can say about Dr. Alexander. Poor front desk communication. Called to schedule a check up. Patient for over 10 years. Voicemail message says leave a message and the office will call you back. Left two voicemail messages and haven't heard from Dr A's office. I like Dr Alexander tho. She is down to business and doesnt waste time with small talk.

Mom was given appointment for cataract surgery, two different appointments were scheduled, come to find out this doctor doesn’t do the surgery. She referred out to her “friend” Dr Kelly with Howarton eye center in Kyle. We then go because we are told this Dr Kelly will do the surgery, we get to the office where they want to do another consultation for surgery, you can imaging our frustration. I have taken time off of work and I too work at a doctors office, it’s not easy having to reschedule patients. Both office lack communication with their patients. Why can’t you be honest and say, “you will have several consultations BEFORE the actual surgery.”?? I don’t... read full review
