Dr. Alexander is one of the few doctors in ANY PROFESSION in Austin who can't say "no" to walk-ins. If you have an appointment with her and some "emergency" or very urgent walk-in appears while you're in the waiting room, be prepared to take a back seat. This is not to suggest that the status of your own reason is suddenly downgraded. To be able to say that this wonderful PERSON is also a doctor -- among the very tops in her profession -- is to be very lucky. There aren't enough nice things I can say about Dr. Alexander.
