We had no idea what we were doing by not listening to these reviews! Be careful of this company and their practices - extremely fraudulent and untruthful. They do NOT do what they promise and are heavily untruthful. I am so disappointed that I did not pay attention to these reviews before signing up. THREE different businesses owners warned us to stay away and we bypassed the warning and still went ahead to sign up and they have poor service, will not do the job and will not return emails and will make a canvas flyer and post it and that's the marketing they are charging $700/month for. Please stay away, extremely untruthful staff!

Untrustworthy; Stay Away.Digital Pharmacist, formerly TeleManager, discontinued our services in February 2023 but continued to charge us for the months of February, March, April, May, June, and July of 2023, and are refusing to issue a refund for services NOT provided.Digital Pharmacist Rep. Prince will call to sell you a service, but hang up on you when you request a refund.

As a independent pharmacy owner, I would not recommend digital pharmacist to any fellow independent pharmacy, its like they are selling you a vehicle, and don't understand the word "no", and because there services were not for our pharmacy, the sales executive "L Bersin", then went on to say I didn't care about my business and make degrading remarks. A lot of what they do, you can do yourself, save your business the expense and headache.
