Lovely studio! Wonderful instructors. Been coming here for 2+ years and took their teacher training. Amazing place to learn about buddhist teachings in addition to yoga asana. Such a lovely space and the owner Keith is a wealth of knowledge and Brooke also teaches the most beautiful restorative classes

I have been going to Dharma Yoga for 5+ years now almost every week and it is one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to. (I've been practicing in NY and DC for over 15 years.) Keith is an incredibly talented and kind yogi, teacher and person. His classes are a blend of meditation, pilates and yoga. I cherish my time there every week and am grateful that the studio is just down the road!

Best yoga class I’ve ever been to. Teacher nice!!!! He politely corrected me and told me to put my phone up!!! Haha! Loved him and his energy. Clean, relaxing, music on point. So perfect. Pleaseeeeee come here and bring everyone. The class is unmatched. Can’t wait to go again!
