I have made 3 attempts to call Designer Dogs for an appointment with zero returned calls. I then did the "chat" function and wrote out a message asking for them to contact me to make a new customer appointment with zero response. It states that they are taking new customers, but don't count on a speedy (or any) response to attempts to book an appointment. Really disappointed.

_6_ hours later, Amazing! Our 10-month old Aussiedoodle is our first long-haired dog, and after COVID hit we couldn't get him in to his original groomer for several months. We tried to keep him presentable but just didn't understand how to deal with 7" hair or the importance of brushing all the way through to skin and so he ended up with a number of matts that were down to the skin. Designer Dogs had availability 45 days before our other groomer and also offered the convenience of coming to our place so we decided to give them a try. Hands down, the best dog grooming experience I've ever had!!!! Response times were prompt, the communication was swift and incredibly friendly. They showed up on time, and finished in a great time! I have a labradoodle and the cut was absolutely perfect. The prices are affordable and the convenience was outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone.
