Thank you Valerie, for helping to get our home sold in record time. Homes in our price range and area are on the market an average of 180 days. We got offers within 3 days and closed in 6 weeks from listing. Pretty much common knowledge now is that staging is definitely the way to go to showcase your home so that it not only sells more quickly but it also gets a better price. We decided rental furniture places were risky for staging (wanted "class") and knew that our style was not going to work with buyers.
