Fernando and Manny helped us with installing the blinds. They are super nice and knowledgeable people. All works are done neatly. I also learned some home improvement skills by watching them working and talking to them. I hope all technicians could be as kind and professional as them.
Excellent customer service. I would like to particularly commend Mario Fuentes for coming out within two days to fix our blinds. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it at home, saving us time and money that would have been involved in shipping the blinds to hunter douglas. EXCELLENT! Claudia, one of the owners, and her family are amazing! Myra helped me select the perfect shades for my new home, and Manny and Nathan expertly installed the shades. They were on-time, respectful of my home, and efficient - answering all my questions after the install.
