The haircut itself was excellent, and my son looked great. Unfortunately, the experience afterward was confusing. Our next appointment was canceled last minute, and attempts to reschedule or get clarification went unanswered. For a 7-year-old, a little feedback or interaction would’ve been appreciated. Overall, great skill, but communication could improve. I thought maybe my kiddo wasn’t sitting still enough but my husband didn’t seem to think that was the issue. A little bummed to have to now find a new barber but wish him all the best.

Amazing all around! Brought my 5 year old here to get a haircut after so many other places had messed it up and it was by far the best haircut he has ever had. We will be regulars now for sure!
