I was beyond impressed with Critter ONE and with Ethan, who came out to do the initial inspection and every follow-up, thereafter. Always communicative, on-time, and made a point to explain everything being done, the options, and costs involved. Weather set-back some installation (not their fault in any way) and Ethan was quick to contact me the morning of the weather issues to reschedule for a safer-day weatherwise, very quickly. I checked around with a few companies and Critter ONE was by far the best for services, quality and competitive pricing- well worth the value.
