Daniel was very easy to work with. He was flexible about times to come evaluate the old roof. He helped with the HOA process. Showed up when they were supposed to. Did the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up. So l had no little pieces to walk around and pick up. Roof looks great. And the price was very competitive. I’d recommend Cool Roofs to anyone needing a new roof.
Cool Roofs nailed it! All puns aside, Hudson was fantastic from start to finish. Clear, honest communication. Took full ownership of the job. Met with our insurance adjuster and helped make that process smooth. He worked around our hectic schedule without a hitch, and delivered exactly what he promised—on time, on budget. Super professional. We’d absolutely work with him again.
