I stopped by here because I noticed a Makita sign outside. I had a Makita blower that had stopped working and wanted to see if they could help. They said to bring it by and it might even be covered under warranty. Sure enough, it was fully covered under warranty. They did all the leg work to do the diagnosis, verify the warranty, order the replacement components, and do the repair. The component needed for my specific repair was back ordered so it took a few weeks, but they called me when it was ready for pickup. These guys have been great for me. They have fixed multiple nail guns and a jack hammer for me in the past couple years. Didn't know if they would be fixable but the guys came through and I didn't have to purchase new ones which saved me a few hundred dollars.
Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Customer service was excellent. The gentleman behind the counter diagnosed my Bostich and my Porter Cable nail guns and had the parts in stock. He gave me tips on how to fix the issues myself and saved me some money. I will always go here first.
