Anthony was very knowledgeable and very. professional.The hearing test went okay with some expected decline from the last one.He did a good job selling me the new ones. Only problem... the instruction manual is in Spanish!!

They are so kind and caring and saved me a lot of money in avoiding an MRI. You are in great hands at this location! LJ at the front desk is very friendly and we struck up a great conversation while I waited. I was a little late for my appointment and he said they would make sure I could get in! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hearing professionals at Connect Hearing on Slaughter Lane. Rarely do you get this kind of friendly service. Outstanding!

I NEVER knew what I was missing out on till I went and got tested for my hearing loss to find out I was loosing my hearing badly on my right ear. And some on my left ear. I can now watch TV at volume 7 instead of 70. I am able to understand what people are saying and not saying yes to everything, because I could not understand. I have even noticed that when I am speaking I am not yelling anymore i can actually hear myself speak, after putting the hearing aids on. I had relationship problems because I could not hear or understand what i was being asked. This was the VERY best investment I have done for myself.
