I’m very satisfied with the work that was done on both of my shoes I sent in. My Birkenstock sandals were in really poor condition after years of a beating, but with new soles and cleaning to the straps, I believe they will last me many more years. My sneakers had a seam coming undone and now you can’t even tell there was anything wrong with them. Not only that, but the turn around time was fairly quick at around 4 weeks total from the time I shipped them to getting them back. Plus, the customer service was so kind and quick to respond. Overall it was an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be using Cobblers Direct for all of my shoe fixing needs!

Great job and so easy. I dropped off the shoes at my local DSW and 2 weeks later they were ready for pick up. A simple fix with new heel taps. It’s so nice to wear my favorite Cole Haan heels once again.
