Chrome is invaluable! When I had water damage, they came out immediately on a holiday weekend and took action that was well thought out to preserve what they could to reduce reconstruction costs. Undoubtedly they saved me and the insurance company money with their approach to water remediation. They worked tirelessly with the insurance company for me to get the approval and reimbursement from insurance. I would have never known what to do to get insurance to react and pay without their help. Definitely the best around!!
Had my HVAC overflowed in garage. Damage to garage wall as well as living room wall. Landon and Keith came out right away. Did an inspection and estimate. They did a great job of repairing and getting things back to normal. Very professional and knowledgeable. Won’t hesitate to call them again if need to.
Unfortunately we have needed water remediation twice. Both times we called Chrome and they were here right away. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with their service. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They even had to come on Christmas Eve in the afternoon and stayed for 6 hours until they got us all set up to start the drying process. Hard working and dedicated.
