I have been regularly attending Chalk Training small group classes for nearly 3 years now - wow, how time has flown by! Besides the amazing, and professional, trainers they have on staff, the community that has been built is second to none!
I have lost and kept off 10% of my body fat, gained and kept on muscle, which is integral to longevity for women, and I’ve made amazing, lifelong friends and work-out partners along the way.

I highly recommend Chalk Training for anyone who wants to get stronger and healthier while being trained by experienced coaches in small class settings (no more than 8 people!). The community is great

Chalk is a unique gym experience~ it offers personalized 1:1 training, semi private and small group workouts. Coaches are dynamic and offered personalized support with care & enthusiasm. It’s a community that builds connection, confidence and support in each other. I’ve become stronger & more confident in my lifting. You’ll never regret joining!!! It’s awesome.
