Update: I have been here now since 2021, and I have to say the staff keeps getting better and better. Excited to have Parker step into his new promotion. He and Taylar have always been my go-to's here. They have always been proactively making our experience here the best possible. THEIR COMMITMENT TO THE PEARL has shown even when adding new team members. Andy has come in, and the 3 of them are a power trio! Thank you to you all for everything you do!
During my 2.5 year residency at The Pearl, I had the perspective of being the first resident in my unit, allowing me to witness firsthand the property's transformation under new management. Despite my initial reservations about changes in management, I was pleasantly surprised by the positive developments I observed
Though there were significant concerns, such as delays in installing safety mirrors in the garage, addressing package theft, and fixing elevator issues (in my experience, it seemed like 1 out of 3 were often malfunctioning), the management team diligently worked to resolve them

Maintenance is very on top of it and can be seen cleaning the common areas and hallways almost daily. Raul was able to come out and review my maintenance request in a timely manner, and did a great job of resolving my A/C issue within 20 minutes.
