Discovered I had a problem at 3pm. Called at 3:30 and had my problem solved by 5pm! On a Friday too!
Lakes & Juan came by and fixed the issue quickly and easily plus gave me some advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future.
Now I've got their number saved in my phone for future emergencies.
