Okay, regarding negative reviews. Urgent care may be slow due to actual urgent situations. My experience here was fantastic. Front desk check in pleasant and efficient. Was seen by Jason who was beyond excellent. I was lucky as clinic was very slow (just after T-giving and lots of people out of town including UT students who frequent this place). Jason was able to give me time and help diagnose what is going on with my shoulder pain / inability to move it. The clinic was spotless and I am very impressed.
Was originally told my time in would be approx 8:45. Then when I got there, I had to finish filling out my check-in form on my phone. It took a little while. But then I didn’t get in to see a doctor for an hour and a half or two. Got out of the office about 1115 good service but really slow.
The spray cleared up my cavities the sinus cavities and then I think the steroids kind of got rid of the headache and it seem like I didn't have any but now I don't know if they're coming back or not after my 7-Day Supply I'm waiting to see what's going on so thank you very much I didn't realize it allergies could have created that. well done.
