Great roofer! Mike Linan, [email protected], 512-810-0937. We had a leak where our our roof met our porch. Mike designed a permanent solution instead of just patching over it like other roofers wanted to do. Highly recommended.
There is a general contractor in south Austin named Mike Linan, who is a great guy to know for home repair work. Over seven years and a number of projects, his crew put the roof on my house, built a backyard pergola, and did a lot of the remodeling inside and out. If anyone is in the market for new roof, check out Capital Siding and Roofing. I tried three times with State Farm to get my roof replaced, and finally only received a "repair" claim that didn't even cover the deductible. I then switched to find a roofer that would not rip me off (I live in Riverplace and contractors think I am made of money). It took several tries with different companies, but I finally found Capital Siding. **** gave me a quote that was VERY reasonable and stuck to it. I had to provide 50% in cash up front so he could buy materials, but it was a reasonable request for a small businessman that does not deal in credit. It took a couple of weeks to get started due to the weather, but once they did start, they rocked! **** and his team did a fantastic job on my new roof and I am very satisfied. BTW, **** had replaced my roof several years ago after a hail storm so I knew I could trust him. I highly recommend **** if you have a big house with steep roofs like mine.
