Awesome experience! Fareed was very responsive and communicated with me on every aspect. I was struggling to get the Insurance company to approve my claim. Fareed stepped in after dealing with 4 prior contractors and was able to get everything resolved with insurance. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They walked me through the entire process. They showed up when they said that they would and completed the job in one day. Removed all the old shingles and nails from my property. Cleaned up nicely! I'm thrilled with my new roof!
Fareed was a big factor in my choosing his company. Not just a personable guy, but he exudes trustworthiness and is a good listener and explainer. Some people you are just able to connect with. He personally, not a rep or a salesman, represents his company and answers all questions and concerns. The roof job, which required lots of extra fixes was done expertly, on time, and as directed by Fareed. A special shout out to Martin, the team leader who directed his efficient crew. After the job, everything was cleaned up and picked up and packed off (a lot of cleanup from old roof shingles, etc.) Will definitely recommend. Exceptional company! Great staff, great communication, great price, great workmanship, great reliabilty.
My fiance and I both had Caden roofing put roofs on our houses. We had the same experience. Karen is totally on top of everything office, accounting, timing wise. Fareed is on top of everything insurance, materials, workers wise. It made for a seemless and exceptionally professional experience. I wish these guys did everything else on houses, because I would not hesitate to contract them. Don't even bother looking for another roofer. Go with Caden
