Will was quick to come out and assess our needs on short notice. The office was able to get us booked much faster than advertised and had our house lifted 3 inches within less than 3 weeks of a quote. The laborers were hastle free and efficient which was great because I was not able to be home during the job. Getting foundation done can be stressful coming home to man size holes in your yard, I was impressed at the end of clean up its like they were never there! Honestly, my flower bed they had to dig through looks better than before. Highly recommend.

I met with Will for an estimate on March '24. Nice guy and clearly knows his stuff. Accepting the contract was simple and done via email. The crew were out a couple of days later and went straight to work. No drama, a little noise but to be expected. The job required less piers than estimated, so bid price was reduced. After finished, the lead for crew asked if I wanted surplus dirt anywhere (I didn't) so they removed it. Area of activity was watered and leveled so grass will have good shot at growing. Bruecher Foundation is an amazing company to work with. When someone tells you that your foundation is messed up, you don't know what to do or who to trust to fix it. I was referred to them by a local realtor and I have to say you won't go wrong using them for your work. They walked me thru everything step by step, answered all of my questions and was explanatory on everything they did step by step. They are a very honest, professional and reliable company and I would thoroughly encourage you to use them for any foundation work you may have.
