I’ve done several rounds of laser hair removal over the years with decent results, but apparently nothing is forever and some of it grew back. Booked with Audra for a couple of sessions and idk what her secret is but it barely hurt at all! Like maybe one spot on my underarm but that was seriously it. Shes super easy to talk to, checked in with me along the way and I’m already noticing much less hair growth.
15/10 will book again, and they’re right next to Lau Lau which is such a nice bonus ☕
I went to see Dorothy, RN here and did not realize how amazing my experience here would be! I could not recommend Dorothy more. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and had the best bedside manner. I felt so comfortable and so confident throughout the entire session. I can’t wait to go back and get more things done at this medspa in the future, I will be a repeat customer every couple of months!
This place is the best I’ve found in Austin by far, and I’ve searched! Services, prices, customer service, results, and environment hit all the mark & beyond! Maria & Andrea have taken such phenomenal care of me! Truly feel soo confident and a huge reason is because of them. Other places just don’t reach the value of what they have to offer here.
