I hired Bluebonnet to replace the roof on an investment property in South Austin. Scott Mincey was pretty great to deal with in replacing the TPO roof. Communication was on point and he was awesome about keeping my tenants in the loop too. Cleanup was better than expected.
On pricing I went through a 3 bid process and felt very comfortable going with Bluebonnet. Has a great warranty to his product and my insurance actually went down after they inspected the roof. I always feel good referring this company out and get great feedback from those that take the referral.
The guys at Blue Bonnet were AMAZING!!! I had a slight emergency while I was away and they got it taken care of immediately. Extremely professional, quick to respond and great customer service.
Suspected hail damage and they confirmed. Had insurance inspector out to review and write up report. Scott M reviewed the report and estimate took control after the deposit. Work was done while we were on vacation with full trust in their abilities. Great job and would highly recommend! It’s been a little over one year now and not one problem.
