Visited here recently on visit to Austin , I contacted the studio via email day before to see if a next day walk in was available , they relied to me virtually straight away , were extremely helpful and booked myself and my wife in for a 1pm appo8ntment .. so booking was helpful and seamless.

When we attended we showed them what we both wanted , just a small momentum of our visit to Texas , a design was created then a quote was given to us , this was a no obligation quote we didn't feel under pressure to go ahead , although we did

We came in looking to get our lobes pierced after the previous shop we were looking at had a 3 hour wait. We called regarding prices and got our questions answered quickly and they were super friendly on the phone. We were pierced by Sideshow Frank and we are super happy with how they came out. He’s super fun to talk to and helped create a comfortable environment. He even gave us little goodie bags at the end which was so cute haha.
The shop was clean and definitely is going for a darker vibe which I am a huge fan of. Can’t wait to come back again next time I’m in town :)

My cat ripped my nose ring out in a precarious way in which I could not fix it myself. It was just about to be 1:30 am. I called the shop, expecting to get a “we can’t help you” but instead got a “if you can get here by 1:45, we got you!” sped over there, braved the closing time dirty 6th crowd (real cute) and was in & out in 15 minutes. Francisco helped me out & fixed me right up. So thankful I didn’t have to unnecessarily go to the ER! appreciate y’all!
